What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growth Strategy: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of growth channels, and combine business characteristics and objectives to stratify channels. Develop differentiated operational strategies to achieve healthy growth.
  • Goal Achievement: Continuously review and optimize strategies, identify risks and issues in various stages of the business, provide the business team with clear improvement suggestions, plans, and practical management actions, create a business feedback loop, and drive goal achievement.
  • Anomaly Channel Management: Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of governance implementation and the accuracy of responsibility assignment, be sensitive to real feedback from the business and channels, and continuously iterate platform rules and governance strategies.
  • Product Promotion: Act as the business representative to push product and research teams to implement business needs (e.g., promotional products, growth products, compliance governance), and enhance platform governance efficiency.
  • Industry and Competitor Analysis: Participate in industry and competitor analysis, and track industry and competitor trends.

 

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in operations/strategy/analysis/user growth. Experience in large-scale e-commerce, food delivery, or live streaming operations is preferred.
  • Strong data sensitivity and clear, meticulous logical thinking ability. Able to derive insights from data, independently produce business analysis, and conduct data monitoring.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills, capable of handling cross-time zone, cross-regional, and cross-departmental communication and project collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management/process management methods and tools, with good coordination and project implementation abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
