What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for researching HR demands, analyzing and extracting data.
- Ensure timely completion of work tasks and meet quality standards.
- Develop HR data model that aligns with HR business logic, and create comprehensive HR operation reports.
- Generate periodic and special analysis reports based on HR data analysis results. Provide high-quality data analysis support to business departments through sharing or regular meetings.
- Responsible for managing global HR data quality, operations, organizational structure, and access rights.
- Monitor HR SSC data daily, and alert abnormal fluctuations.
- Based on the company's salary structure to support long-term incentive operation, including but not limited to long-term incentive (stock option and others) full-process data management, long-term incentive accounting and issuance, long-term incentive agreement document signing, etc..
- Assist in the formulation of the company's incentive and bonus policies, and be responsible for relevant calculations;
- Assist the C&B team in continuously optimizing the company's salary incentive system and handling other related matters docking with the C&B team.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's or higher degree and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HR work, especially Payroll/C&B operation procedures.
- Strong logical thinking ability, sensitivity to data and good at Data Analysis — Able to transform diverse business requirements into appropriate mathematical models, excellent in Excel, along with the ability to design function formulas. Good visualization skills, excellent in PPT, Power BI, and other similar tools.
- Good communication skills, adaptability, and a keen ability to learn.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Chinese. Able to use both languages as a working language.
- Careful and rigorous in work, with integrity, steadfastness, and stability. Possesses strong executive ability and can work under pressure. High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, good team spirit, and professional ethics.
