UX Researcher (Graduate Hire - Supernova 2025)

About the UX Research team
Global Research at OKX is a team of 8 researchers across the world, we drive customer centricity and innovation for the company, by delivering customer voice and insights into all phases of product development to make products usable and useful. We work in agile and embedded model, working very closely with product and design teams to implement our insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify research opportunities with product managers, product designers, content designers, and/or data analysts
  • Lead and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects from planning to facilitation to reporting
  • Contribute towards building research panels and continuous user feedback loop.
  • Conduct thorough research to analyze competitors and identify emerging industry trends, which will help inform product strategy and design decisions.
  • Provide support for larger, more complex research projects led by senior researchers.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Design or a related discipline).
  • 0-3 years of experience in UX research or related roles (internships, case studies and academic research experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with common UX research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, diary studies, etc.).
  • Ability to proactively contribute to projects, seek out new knowledge and embrace feedback.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and interest in the blockchain and fintech industry
Nice to Haves
  • Relevant experience, preferably with a renowned technology or product or fintech company.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or another language
