What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive the development and execution of the local market retail growth strategy.

Drive Market Share Growth: Lead the expansion of local market share by developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

User Retention: Develop strategies for user retention by gathering and analyzing feedback through various social media channels and developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs

GTM Strategies: Create and execute go-to-market strategies and growth campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and recognition within the local market

Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with web3 projects, blockchain networks, and other potential partners to drive user growth and win-win collaborative opportunities

Competitor Analysis: Constantly monitor competitors to optimize growth opportunities and strategies for the local market

Community Engagement: Foster community engagement through social media channels such as Twitter, chat groups etc.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional leads to establish effective workflows between local markets operations and marketing teams

Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with local compliance teams to guarantee that all growth and marketing activities adhere to MAS laws and regulations, both online and offline
What We Look For In You

At least 8+ years experience in a Growth/BD/Partnerships focused role, preferably in crypto exchange, finance or technology companies

Strong interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies and Web3 products

Strong existing network in the Web3 space

Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

Exceptional ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Effective problem-solving skills & attention to detail
