About the Opportunity

As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
 
We are seeking an individual passionate about growing and managing the crypto community in Singapore. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in community engagement through various online and offline platforms to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Stay updated on the latest crypto and Web3 trends, with a focus on developments in Singapore
  • Manage social media accounts (e.g. Telegram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Discord) by planning and posting relevant content and responding to direct messages
  • Organize and promote community events, sponsorships and meet-ups
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally by working closely with our customer support team to resolve issues and enhance overall user satisfcation
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the OKX SG team to develop and implement strategies for community growth, engagement and retention
  • Represent OKX SG as a thoughtleader in the local crypto and Web3 community
 

What We Look For In You

  • Energetic and professional individual passionate with a good understanding of the crypto and Web3 scene in Singapore
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing online communities, fostering positive interactions and creating an inclusive environment
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in promoting engagement and brand awareness in a compliant manner
