What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and Implement KOL Growth Strategies:

Analyze KOL data, competitor trends, and KOL behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Develop and implement affiliate user lifecycle strategies.

Customize KOL Retention Services:
-
Lead efforts to retain new KOLs and high-value (whale) KOLs through targeted campaigns and personalized support..

Optimize post-boarding processes to enhance KOL experience and drive loyalty.

Develop affiliate user growth campaigns to drive first-time transactions, transaction volume, revenue and AUM KPIs for KOLs.

Collaborate with the shilling community to execute campaigns in partnership with KOLs.

Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships to facilitate business growth and enhance KOL market penetration.

Negotiate and collaborate with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Data Analysis and Performance Optimization:

Leverage data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and refine KOL strategies.

Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to enhance conversion rates and KOL engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve cohesive growth strategies.

What We Look For In You
-
At least 6 years of experience in a client-focused role within Northeast Asia
-
Proficient in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to drive decision-making.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving and organizational coordination skills.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

Fluency in both the local language and English, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
