About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Institutional Account Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background with proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with external and internal stakeholders. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional internal support and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Trading knowledge is highly desirable for this position. This position provides an excellent opportunity to become an account manager or business development professional in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in managing institutional sales programs, including market maker and taker initiatives, to support business growth.

Collaborate with product and development teams to gather requirements and enhance operational infrastructure.

Work shift hours from 1 PM to 10 PM, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Streamline internal SOPs and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Handle audit and due diligence requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Provide operational support to the Institutional Business Development and Relationship Management teams while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
What We Look For In You

Strong operational or middle office experience, preferably within regulated financial institutions or exchanges.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with external and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to assess urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.

A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.

Comfortable working shift hours from 1 PM to 10 PM, with occasional weekend coverage.
