About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Governance leader to join the OKX Enterprise Vendor Management Office (EVMO). The Program Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s external vendor relationships and outsourcing initiatives align with regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and strategic objectives.
As a key member of OKX's EVMO team, you will work closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Security, Risk, Internal Audit, Product, and Engineering to design and implement a robust vendor management governance program. Reporting to the Head of the Group Vendor Management Office, you will lead efforts to develop policies, standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks that enhance vendor risk governance across the OKX Group.
What You’ll Be Doing

Program Governance and Oversight
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to enhance vendor management standards and practices across all OKX entities.

Lead the development and ongoing management of program policy, standards, controls, and procedures. Ensure alignment with the Enterprise Risk Framework and key stakeholder programs in Security, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Finance.

Oversee the Material/Critical vendor portfolio, including implementing governance requirements, reporting, and ongoing review with service owners of these relationships.

Define and implement vendor risk issues and risk acceptance frameworks in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management program. Provide ongoing governance routines on risk issues and accepted risks.

Collaborate with key partners to enhance the vendor incident management program, establishing procedures for incidents with vendors.

Develop a policy assurance program to monitor the effectiveness of program policy and controls.

Intra-Group Outsourcing Governance

Streamline processes and reporting to enable effective management of the program.

Program Reporting and Analytics

Lead the development of program reporting and analytics, including key risk and performance indicators (KRIs/KPIs) and establishing risk limits to be leveraged at group and local entity levels.

Training and Change Management

Lead change management efforts, including creating training and communication materials to ensure global teams understand program requirements and responsibilities.

Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across the program and with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Stay up to date on emerging trends and regulations in the digital asset space, proactively identifying and addressing new requirements related to vendor risk and outsourcing requirements globally.

What We Look For In You
-
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience in vendor risk management and vendor management programs in global institutions.

Strong background in project and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to implement governance programs in cross-functional settings.

Expertise in Third-Party Risk Management and regulatory expectations related to vendor management and outsourcing.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of a global organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Management Consulting background is a plus.
-
Experience working in / knowledge of the digital asset space (cryptocurrency, blockchain) is a plus.

Experience with vendor management and risk management systems on a global scale is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $133,570 - $190,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
