
Data Product Director/Principal (Data Platform Management), CEO Office
Who We Are
What You'll Be Doing:

Own the overall planning, governance, SOP design, and rollout of data platforms, including metrics platforms, A/B testing platforms, and event tracking management platforms, continuously improving usability and data reliability.

Quickly understand business strategy and requirements across scenarios such as growth, risk control, and user behavior, and translate them into clear, end-to-end data product solutions.

Collaborate closely with mobile engineering, data engineering, data analytics, and business teams to drive full-cycle delivery from requirements to launch, strengthening the company’s overall data-driven capabilities.

Design and maintain core metrics, data standards, event schemas, and experimentation frameworks, and establish efficient data governance mechanisms.

Drive cross-team alignment by defining product roadmaps and priorities, ensuring data platform capabilities are aligned with overall company strategy.

Act as a data product subject-matter expert, participating in reviews, consultations, and training to elevate data literacy and data usage across the organization.
What We Look For In You:

7+ years of experience in data product management, with deep involvement in the planning or iteration of A/B testing platforms, metrics platforms, and event tracking/management platforms.

Strong understanding of experiment design, metric systems, data quality, data governance, and data engineering workflows.

Ability to identify core problems and deliver end-to-end, implementable data solutions in complex and ambiguous business environments.

Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, able to effectively drive alignment across engineering, analytics, and business teams.

SQL and data warehouse fundamentals are a plus; experience in growth, risk control, trading, or large-scale internet platforms is highly preferred.

English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency sufficient for use as a working language, as the role requires strong stakeholder collaboration with chinese-speaking markets.
