What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Manage day-to-day merchant communications, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze merchant data and metrics to help identify trends, support business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. Coordinate with these teams to address issues or implement new initiatives.
  • Participate in projects focused on process improvement, merchant satisfaction, and team efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of merchant management best practices.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
  • Demonstrate logical thinking, strong communication, teamwork, and execution skills.
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
