About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Compliance Manager to join our growing Regulatory Compliance team. This role provides critical operational support for the Regulatory Compliance and Risk Assessment team and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Risk Assessment Responsibilities:

Due diligence requests Support - Standardise and own bank partner/audit/ licensing application/ due diligence requests across all entities related to risk assessments, providing necessary documentation.

Collaborate with the Issue Management team to support risk assessment issue mitigation planning. Track and report on the status of remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified risks.

Manage policies and procedures for Risk Assessment - Oversee the development, maintenance, and updates of all documentation related to Compliance risk assessment.

Support risk assessment operations by building qualitative analysis and quantitative indicators, overseeing the collection, organization and maintenance of structured and unstructured data required for risk assessment.

Support integration with GRC tools - Manage updates and configurations of the GRC platform to ensure it aligns with global and local risk assessment requirements.

Maintain Enterprise Risk Assessment Calendar to ensure annual assessment for global and regional entities.

Develop and maintain a Global Risk Assessment tracker to monitor the current status of entity-level and product-specific assessments
Regulatory Change Responsibilities:

Building and overseeing implementation of regulatory mapping and horizon scanning processes and workflows across global entities

Build workflows for identification and assessment of new and evolving regulatory changes

Coordinate relationships with third-party vendors responsible for horizon scanning and regulatory mapping services

Develop and maintain procedures and training materials for regulatory change management

Coordinate reporting and regular updates to the wider department on the upcoming global regulatory changes
What We Look For

Experience in regulatory roles within financial services, preferably within fintech or Big 4.

Multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.

Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field.

Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex workflows and documentation.

The salary range for this position is $94,413 to 133,752
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
