About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a performance-driven and globally minded Head of User Acquisition to lead the company’s user growth strategy across crypto and fintech products. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing scalable acquisition engines across paid and organic channels to drive sustainable user growth and ROI.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing large-scale acquisition programs and is comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments — especially in Web3 or fintech.
What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across global markets and multiple channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, ASO)

Own and optimize key KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROI, conversion rates

Build a high-performing acquisition team, and establish an experimentation culture with rapid iteration

Collaborate closely with product, data, local market and brand teams to drive growth loop efficiency

Explore crypto-native acquisition levers (airdrop, token incentives, referral programs, ambassador strategies)

Build robust attribution models and reporting frameworks for better decision-making

Stay on top of market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
What We Look For In You:

6+ years of user acquisition or growth marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles

Hands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets

Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology

Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial apps is strongly preferred

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer)

Fluent in English; multi-market/global background is a plus

Experience with Web3-native growth channels (on-chain referral, token-based incentives, community-driven campaigns)
