We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive integrated marketing strategy, strengthen long-term brand positioning in the Singapore market, and lead go-to-market efforts for OKX SG. The role entails full ownership of marketing across both consumer and institutional segments — from brand development to creative execution — with a strong focus on collaboration across sales and growth teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to drive real, measurable impact in a licensed crypto entity. You’ll gain exposure to high-level strategy, regulatory nuance, and brand-building in one of the most progressive financial markets in Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and lead the integrated marketing strategy across consumer, institutional, thought leadership, and media marketing channels.
  • Own OKX SG’s brand positioning and messaging in the local market, ensuring all messaging is aligned with local regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online and offline activations, events, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing roadmap in line with business objectives, regulatory considerations, and product positioning.
  • Craft messaging frameworks and creative briefs to ensure consistency and clarity across all marketing outputs.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop compelling client-facing materials, including product briefs, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
  • Review and approve marketing assets, communications, and public-facing content.
  • Partner with PR, media, and strategic partners to drive awareness and credibility through targeted campaigns and major partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to identify and execute initiatives that optimise outreach, engagement, and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within top-tier fintech, financial services, or technology firms, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver business impact.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, creative direction, and campaign execution across digital and offline channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, concise, and confident approach to messaging and storytelling.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with product, sales, compliance, and growth teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
