About the Opportunity
This role sits within the HR Shared Services Centre (SSC) HRIS team and reports to the SSC Lead. The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS system and tools, while also providing operational and technical support to end-users. You will partner closely with stakeholders including the Product & Engineering team, HR COEs, HRBPs, and HR operations teams globally to build and enhance solutions in OK Group's in-house-built HRIS “OKEngine.” As a key team player, you will help shape OKEngine into a system that empowers seamless HR task execution and delivers an exceptional user experience across regions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Project Management: Act as Project Manager, collaborating with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver HRIS solutions that support digital transformation and process optimization.

System Development: Lead or support system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules/features; contribute innovative ideas for workflow improvements based on operational best practices.

Training & Support: Provide end-user training on HRIS functionalities and support system adoption; troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the HRIS system and tools.

HR Compliance Support: Apply knowledge or awareness of global HR compliance, demonstrating sensitivity to regulatory requirements in different regions; help align system workflows with key compliance obligations.

Workflow Design: Utilize experience in HR operations to design and streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong employee experience.

HRIS Administration: Maintain and administer the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and ongoing system functionality.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with working experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Hands-on knowledge and/or experience with key HRIS modules; candidates with experience building or customizing an internal HRIS are highly preferred.

Understanding of HR compliance concepts, including an awareness of regulatory requirements across multiple countries/regions.

Practical experience in HR operations, with the ability to map, analyze, and improve end-to-end workflows.

Proven success in leading and delivering complex HR or digital transformation projects.

Strong customer service mindset with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for working closely with teams in Mainland China.

High emotional intelligence (EQ); able to build relationships, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and drive initiatives to completion in cross-functional settings.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $143,111 to $214,666. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
