About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Trading Project Manager to join our Strategy PMO team. This role goes beyond traditional project management — we expect you to bring strong domain expertise in trading infrastructure, risk management, and financial products (spot, derivatives, structured lending, and institutional business), combined with delivery excellence. You will partner with product and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of mission-critical trading initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
-
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of core trading projects, including cross trading infrastructure, trading risk controls, spot and derivatives products, institutional and financing businesses.
-
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex trading and derivatives concepts into executable projects.
-
Establish and optimize project governance frameworks to ensure transparency, efficiency, and risk control.
-
Monitor project milestones, identify risks early, and propose mitigation strategies to keep critical deliverables on track.
-
Drive strategic alignment across teams, ensuring leadership visibility into progress, risks, and resource strategy, while actively pushing cross-functional initiatives toward company priorities.
-
Continuously refine execution frameworks to enhance speed, scalability, and reliability of trading system development.
-
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
-
5–10 years of professional experience in project/program management or trading-related roles.
-
Proven experience in trading infrastructure / risk management / derivatives or financing products, ideally within:
-
Global exchanges (e.g. CME, HKEX, SGX, ICE, Eurex)
-
Top investment banks (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Citi, UBS, Credit Suisse)
-
Leading trading firms / hedge funds (e.g. Jane Street, Jump, Optiver, Citadel, DRW, Two Sigma)
-
Crypto / fintech companies (e.g. Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Futu, Tiger)
-
-
Familiarity with algorithm governance, risk controls, and system performance considerations in trading environments.
-
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills — able to handle complexity and drive results independently.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
-
Passionate about crypto and trading innovation, with a self-driven and ownership-oriented mindset.
Preferred
-
Hands-on experience with crypto trading products (spot, derivatives, or structured products).
-
Exposure to quantitative trading strategies or product design.
-
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to coordinate effectively with global teams.
