About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to join our Singapore team. In this role, you’ll help drive OKX Singapore’s growth agenda by supporting the planning and execution of key initiatives — from high-impact events and ecosystem partnerships to leadership appearances and cross-functional campaigns. You’ll be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that’s building Singapore’s next phase of regulated digital asset growth. What You’ll Be Doing

Growth Project & Event Execution

  • Manage logistics and coordination for OKX Singapore’s events, client sessions, and ecosystem activations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Marketing, Governance, Ops) to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality control and proper documentation
  • Prepare and maintain event calendars, guest lists, and post-event reporting

Leadership & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate CEO and COO participation in OKX SG and partner-organised events, including scheduling, briefing materials, talking points, and logistics
  • Liaise with internal teams and external organisers to confirm agendas, prepare remarks, and manage day-of requirements
  • Support leadership visibility efforts by ensuring appearances and follow-ups are well-documented and aligned with broader growth objectives
  • Handle discreet, time-sensitive administrative requests tied to event or partnership preparation

Cross-functional Operations

  • Serve as a coordination point for multi-team growth initiatives, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery
  • Support preparation of decks, briefs, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain shared trackers, process documents, and reporting dashboards for growth activities

Administrative & Process Support

  • Support internal planning and reporting processes for the Growth team, including budget tracking and vendor management
  • Manage logistics for team meetings, reviews, and internal events
  • Assist in procurement, expense submissions, and related operational processes

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business operations, event management, or executive coordination
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholder in mandarin-speaking regions
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with sharp situational judgement and the ability to anticipate needs in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

Nice To Have(s)

  • Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services
  • Experience managing senior executive engagements or high-profile events
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management or client-facing environments
