What You’ll Be Doing  

资深产品营销经理/总监
  • 深入理解公司营收结构与核心产品线,识别关键增长杠杆,制定年度及季度产品营销策略;
  • 基于数据监测、漏斗分析与用户分层,发现增长机会与关键转化卡点,并提出针对性优化方案;
  • 统筹营销目标与策略执行,独立完成从策略规划、内容策划、渠道整合到转化优化的全案营销;
  • 推动市场洞察与用户反馈的系统化闭环,支持产品迭代与商业表现提升;
  • 协同产品、市场、商务等团队,建立以营收增长为导向的营销闭环。
  • Understand the company's revenue structure and core product lines, identify key growth levers, and formulate annual and quarterly product marketing strategies.
  • Based on data monitoring, funnel analysis, and user segmentation, discover growth opportunities and critical conversion bottlenecks, and propose targeted optimization plans.
  • Coordinate marketing objectives and strategy execution, independently managing the end-to-end marketing process from strategy planning, content creation, channel integration, to conversion optimization (full campaign execution).
  • Drive the systematic closed-loop for market insights and user feedback, supporting product iteration and the improvement of business performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and other teams to establish a revenue-growth-oriented marketing closed-loop system.

 

What We Look For In You 

  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、经济、统计、传播或相关专业优先;
  • 5年以上互联网、金融科技或Web3行业产品营销经验;
  • 具备扎实的数据分析能力,能独立使用数据工具拆解问题并输出洞察;
  • 拥有出色的整合营销与项目管理能力,能独立从0到1规划并落地完整Campaign;
  • 结果导向,对业务指标(如转化率、手续费、AUM等)高度敏感,具备从数据到行动的闭环能力;
  • 英文可作为工作语言,具备跨区域沟通与协作能力。
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Communications, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the Internet, Fintech, or Web3 industries.
  • Possess solid data analysis skills, capable of independently using data tools to break down problems and output actionable insights.
  • Have outstanding integrated marketing and project management capabilities, able to independently plan and execute a complete campaign from 0 to 1.
  • Results-oriented, highly sensitive to business metrics (such as Conversion Rate, Commission/Handling Fee, AUM (Assets Under Management), etc.), and possess a data-to-action closed-loop ability.
  • Billingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across regions.
