What we are looking for:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Email Marketing Manager to support and lead lifecycle and go-to-market (GTM) efforts across Europe, while also playing a core role in the planning and execution of global email campaigns.
 
This role sits at the intersection of GTM activation and lifecycle marketing — you’ll lead localized strategy while also shaping and shipping high-impact campaigns that engage users across multiple stages of their journey. From launching new products to driving ongoing retention, you’ll help define how OKX shows up in the inbox — locally and globally. With Europe as a key growth market, this role will be instrumental in ensuring campaigns are not only impactful and scalable but also compliant with regional regulations and tailored to local customer expectations.
 
You’ll be hands-on in the tools, deeply involved in content development, and work cross-functionally with product, data, design, and market teams to deliver best-in-class, personalized email experiences.
 
This position reports to the Senior Email Marketing Manager, Europe, and works closely with global lifecycle, brand, and product marketing teams.
 
Top responsibilities:
 
  • Support and define EEA CRM Strategy: By partnering with local marketing, co-own the local email marketing roadmap—aligned with global lifecycle goals and localized for market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and user behavior.
  • Global Campaign Execution & Strategy: Play a central role in planning, developing, and executing high-impact global email campaigns across OKX’s GTM' and lifecycle journey—from onboarding to retention and reactivation. Own execution end-to-end, partnering with product marketing, local market teams, and global lifecycle stakeholders to develop integrated CRM strategies for launches, promotions, and customer journeys.
  • Lifecycle Innovation: Drive personalization, segmentation, and behavioral targeting across campaigns. Use data to build smarter automations and improve LTV across regions.
  • Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves and build campaigns in our CRM platforms. Own content, audience setup, QA, and delivery. Speed and precision are essential.
  • Content & Creative Direction: Lead storytelling for your campaigns—ensuring copy, visuals, and CTAs are clear, brand-aligned, and optimized for performance. Leverage AI and collaborate with creative teams when needed.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use campaign reporting, testing, and continuous improvement. Develop KPIs, implement robust A/B testing strategies, and use insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic CRM partner to global and regional teams—ensuring alignment across product, brand, analytics, and customer experience.
  • Raise the Creative Bar: Work closely with design and brand teams to ensure our email creative is best-in-class, both locally and globally.
  • Champion Culture: Bring a proactive, collaborative, and growth-minded energy to the CRM team. Lead by example.
 
You would be a great fit if you have the following skills:
  • Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Engagement Marketing or other related roles, with 5-10 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and people leadership skill
  • Experience in crypto, with a background in trading.
  • Experience with exchanges. Strong knowledge of CeFi & DeFi
  • Experience with creative storytelling with the ability to develop compelling email
  • In depth experience in one or more of the following: 1) Marketing Automation Implementation, 2) AI adoption/transformation, 3) Data analytics ownership
  • A strong collaborator. Can work closely with teams across the organization

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
