About the Opportunity
Roles & Responsibilities

AI-Driven R&D Efficiency Strategy & Execution: Lead the effort to leverage LLM/AI Agent technologies to optimize organizational workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-assisted coding, intelligent Code Review, AI-driven test case generation & regression analysis, intelligent fault diagnosis (AIOps), and AI-assisted requirements analysis & documentation, aiming for a qualitative leap in R&D productivity.

AI-Native Platform Development: Design and build the next-generation AI platform, encompassing CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, release systems, and environment management. AI capabilities will be designed as native components of the platform, not simply bolted on.

Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage and empower a technical team. Define the team's technical roadmap, foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, and enhance the team's depth in AI engineering and productivity domains.

Results-Oriented Execution: Take ownership of key R&D productivity metrics (e.g., lead time for changes, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR). Identify bottlenecks in the R&D process using data-driven methods and collaborate with various business lines to drive the implementation of improvement plans.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering teams and technical leads from different business units to ensure that the productivity toolchain effectively empowers core business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in the industry, preferably from large-scale product-based companies or leading AI Labs.

Solid technical foundation, not limited to a specific tech stack. Proficiency in at least one mainstream language (Go/Java/Python/Rust, etc.) with strong architecture design skills for large-scale distributed systems. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and assimilate new technologies.

Depth in AI Empowerment: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI applications across the software engineering lifecycle. This includes experience with Copilot-like tools, AI Agents/Agentic Workflows, applying LLMs in code analysis and generation, and LLMOps.
