About the Opportunity
You will be joining a team at the intersection of strategic execution and executive operations. This hybrid role combines program management ownership with high-touch executive support, working closely with senior leadership to drive critical initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own and manage multiple cross-functional programs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics are met

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution, track risks, and proactively resolve issues

Manage senior leadership's calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Act as a trusted proxy for executives, coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and communications across internal and external stakeholders

Prepare program updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, and facilitate meetings to drive decision-making and alignment

Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation while continuously improving processes

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, supporting budgeting, resource planning, and ad-hoc strategic projects as required
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, operations, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and deliver pragmatic solutions

Proactive self-starter with end-to-end ownership mentality, highly organised, and effective in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse internal and external audiences

AI-Forward Working Style: Actively uses AI tools to boost productivity and output quality; able to critically evaluate AI-generated content and apply sound judgment before sharing with stakeholders

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the region
