About The Opportunity

Lead the Advanced Trading PM team responsible for our flagship trading products (Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals, Options) across onshore compliant markets. Own day-to-day team coordination, project delivery, and product strategy — driving the platform to stay competitive against leading CEXs while meeting the operational and regulatory bar of major licensed jurisdictions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team Leadership & Project Management
  • Lead and develop a team of advanced trading PMs; set priorities, allocate ownership across product lines, and run review/delivery cadences.
  • Own end-to-end project management: roadmap planning, cross-functional sequencing, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and post-launch review.
Product Strategy & Competitive Positioning
  • Set the product strategy for advanced trading across Web and App; translate market intelligence into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Conduct continuous deep-dive analysis of competitor (Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitget, Robinhood, Revolute, etc.) — product mechanisms, fee/liquidity models, UX patterns, new launches — and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Track TradFi and crypto-derivatives market structure trends; assess applicability to our platform.
Core Product Ownership
  • Oversee design and evolution of: account models (unified/cross-margin/portfolio margin), order lifecycle, margin and risk checks, position management, market data, and matching/settlement interfaces.
  • Drive best-in-class trading UX — modular layouts, advanced order tickets, Kline/charting, latency and speed-to-trade, active-trader retention features.
  • Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products; partner with MMs and institutional clients to improve spreads, depth, slippage, and fill-rates.
Compliant-Market Delivery
  • Own product readiness for onshore licensed markets (SG/MAS, EU/MiCA, HK/SFC, US, BR, AU, UAE, etc.); partner closely with compliance, legal, and local entity leads.
  • Translate jurisdictional requirements (leverage caps, eligibility, disclosures, market-conduct rules) into product specs without sacrificing competitiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary product liaison across engineering, quant/risk, compliance, legal, operations, BD, and institutional clients.

What We Look For In You

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years on crypto trading platforms (derivatives strongly preferred) — direct competitor experience at a top-tier CEX is required.
  • Deep expertise in CEX product mechanisms: perpetuals/futures/options, unified/portfolio margin, funding rates, index/mark price, liquidation engine, market microstructure.
  • Proven track record leading PM teams and delivering large-scale trading platform programs (account model rebuilds, cross-margin, multi-product trading experiences).
  • Strong understanding of liquidity economics and exchange risk frameworks (fee tiers, maker/taker, position tiers, leverage curves).
  • Hands-on experience with regulatory-sensitive launches in at least one of: SG (MAS), EU (MiCA), HK (SFC), US, JP, AU, UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers, and vendors.
  • Fluent English, Mandarin.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
