About the Opportunity

Our Singapore TA team is looking to welcome a new team member to partner directly with senior business leaders on mid to senior-level hiring across APAC. These are complex, high-stakes searches where your judgment has real organisational impact. It's a high-ownership role in a small team, your work is visible, and there's a genuine path to deepen your craft and take on more over time. We're also actively investing in AI tools and new ways of working, so if you're curious about where the profession is heading and want to help shape it, this is the perfect place to do that.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market
  • Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close
  • Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice

What We Look For In You

  • Extensive in-house technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
  • English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions

Nice to Haves

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment
  • Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency
