About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to own and shape the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, driving activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation across key customer segments. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on campaign execution, using data, experimentation, personalisation, and multi-channel CRM to identify and unlock growth opportunities. Working closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Service, you’ll optimise customer journeys, improve campaign ROI, remove lifecycle friction, and build scalable growth programmes and processes in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lifecycle Growth

  • Own the activation and retention strategy from registration and KYC through first deposit, first trade, repeat activity, dormancy, and reactivation.
  • Build segmented customer journeys across push, email, in-app messaging, SMS, incentives, and product experiences.
  • Develop onboarding, habit-building, churn-prevention, and win-back programmes for retail, high-value, dormant, and VIP segments.

Campaign Management

  • Own the lifecycle campaign calendar and manage campaigns end to end: business case, brief, audience, budget, approvals, QA, launch, reporting, and post-campaign review.
  • Coordinate CRM, product, content, creative, and promotional campaigns, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and compliance with UAE requirements.
  • Manage incentive economics and campaign ROI, balancing customer value, commercial impact, and operational complexity.

Analytics and Operations

  • Use funnel, cohort, and behavioural analysis to identify drop-offs and prioritise the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Run hypothesis-led experiments across audience, message, timing, channel, offer, and product experience.
  • Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Service to remove lifecycle friction and translate insights into roadmap recommendations.
  • Build scalable playbooks, dashboards, reporting standards, and operating processes for lifecycle growth.

What We Look For In You

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, customer engagement, or campaign operations, with a measurable record of improving activation or retention.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and journey tools such as Braze, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle automation, experimentation, campaign measurement, and personalisation.
  • Analytical fluency across funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and campaign ROI; SQL experience is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial judgement, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.
  • Excellent English communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, marketplaces, or high-frequency consumer products.
  • Knowledge of the UAE customer and payments landscape; Arabic capability is an advantage.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
