What You’ll Get to Do
The Technical Manager serves as a key technical representative for CRL, providing subject-matter expertise and acting as the primary point of contact for industry projects. This role bridges technical excellence and business objectives—ensuring quality, innovation, and client satisfaction throughout each project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who communicates effectively across all organizational levels, including senior management. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, balancing structure with adaptability, and spearheading initiatives that enhance process efficiency, product quality, and technical management capabilities.
Job responsibilities include:
- Serve as a technical representative and trusted partner when engaging with clients and external stakeholders.
- Lead and train teams on new products and technical processes.
- Collaborate with Product Management on new product development from concept to release.
- Evaluate user requirements to ensure product excellence prior to market launch.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track project progress and deliver results efficiently.
- Advise on technical strategies, testing protocols, and quality improvements.
- Support product teams with case studies, targeted marketing inputs, and technical documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop technical team members through structured training and leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of progressive technical management experience in the building and construction industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).
- Strong record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering measurable project outcomes, and optimizing technical workflows.
Position Pay Range
$75,000 - $110,000 USD
