What You’ll Get to Do

As a key member of our Finance team, you will provide critical financial analysis and decision support that drives OBE’s growth and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with commercial and operations teams, you will contribute to optimizing profitability, improving financial processes, and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis

    • Deliver timely, value-added financial reporting and analysis to drive profitable sales growth and operational improvements.
    • Create, refine, and present monthly reporting packages, budget reviews, and project analyses to leadership.
    • Continuously enhance the accuracy, clarity, and impact of financial reports to enable actionable outcomes.
  • Business Partnership

    • Collaborate with field and functional teams to provide financial tools and insights that support growth and cost efficiency.
    • Foster business acumen through education and communication with partners across the organization.
  • Profitability & Strategic Initiatives

    • Develop financial models and business cases for capital requests and strategic projects.
    • Challenge and coach business leaders toward a data-driven, performance-oriented mindset that improves margins and revenue.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Lead development of the annual budget process, leveraging insights from operations and sales teams.
    • Support the ongoing evolution of forecasting tools and cadence to increase predictability and accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role
  • Must have manufacturing industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to influence, build culture, and drive change across cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
