What You’ll Get to Do

The Maintenance Technician is focused on troubleshooting equipment, determining appropriate repairs and part replacement, and maintaining machinery and equipment and reports to the Maintenance Leadership.

 

This role is perfect for an individual who is a team player, desires growth, and has a safety centric mindset.  A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

 

Job responsibilities include

  • Safely Transport Equipment
    Move motors, pumps, welding tools, and other heavy equipment throughout the plant to support maintenance and repair operations.
  • Timely Equipment Repairs
    Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is repaired promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols
    Perform all tasks in strict compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safety-first mindset.
  • Maintain Reliable Attendance
    Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance to support consistent maintenance coverage and team reliability.
  • Support Preventive Maintenance
    Participate in complex preventive maintenance (PM) programs to keep machinery and systems running smoothly.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Technical Expertise
    Strong mechanical and electrical experience, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
    Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with sensors, starters, relays, and electrical systems ranging from 12VDC to 480VAC.
  • Systems Knowledge
    Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Fabrication & Welding Ability
    Skilled in fabrication and welding tasks as needed for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Computer Proficiency
    Comfortable using computers and digital tools to support maintenance tracking, diagnostics, and documentation.
