What You’ll Get to Do

The Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems. This role requires intermediate-level experience and may involve guiding less experienced technicians.

This role is perfect for an individual who approaches their work professionally, loves to be a part of a team, and wants to help us get better every day. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous production processes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years in industrial or equipment maintenance including minor electrical (knowledge and understanding of basic wiring to troubleshoot and replace components)
• Working knowledge of 3 phase, 480V systems
• Vocational/technical training preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics
• Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment
• Availability for weekend work as needed
