What You’ll Get to Do

The Project Coordinator I, is focused on providing excellent customer service to clients by managing inquiries, pricing requests, and processing/managing orders.This role is perfect for an individual who has strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

Manage incoming client inquiries, provide technical/design assistance, and follow up on orders.
Price requests based on market conditions and profit guidelines set by the Regional Manager.
Process orders and coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Purchase and maintain inventory of required hardware and ancillary materials (excluding glass unless specified.)
Collaborate with Sales to grow accounts, report market conditions, and provide sales data to management.

What We Are Looking For

Technical Sales experience required; experience in glass or metal sales, manufacturing, or construction/project management strongly preferred.
Ability to read and understand architectural blueprints and specifications.
Strong mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, metric, and geometry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
