Summary

Responsible for locating, inspecting, and loading products for shipment, ensuring accuracy of shipping documentation and safe, timely loading onto the correct trucks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Use work orders to locate shipments throughout warehouse packaging departments
Inspect products for visual defects
Safely load materials onto trucks with a partner using manual handling, carts, or loader dollies
Verify correct truck loading and securement using work orders and trip sheets
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Ability to work flexible shifts based on production and shipping needs
Strong attention to detail to match work orders with products
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with a partner
Work in non–climate-controlled environments, including inside truck trailers
Close visual acuity
