General Maintenance Technician

Overview:

We are a reputable company  actively seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined, General Maintenance Technician. This role combines is perfect for someone hand-on, dependable, and comfortable taking on a variety of small projects across our sites.

Responsibilities

• Basic painting, touch-ups, and surface repairs.
• Minor carpentry and handy-man work
• Assist with small renovations & improvement projects.
• Traveling with the crew once or twice a week to nearby locations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance including filter changes, lubrication, adjustments, and supply restocking.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for major repairs when required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Comfortable with light travel.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing, bending, and extended standing.
• 3 Years of mechanical experience in a similar role is a plus.
