Production Guest Service Representative (GSR)

Location: Old Greenwich, CT

We are a reputable Service Station actively seeking professional, enthusiastic, and eager-to-grow Production Guest Service Representatives (GSRs) to join our car wash team. This role is hands-on and essential to delivering a fast, safe, and high-quality wash experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the car wash tunnel and production areas

• Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor and through the wash process

• Perform pre-wash prep, vehicle alignment on to the conveyor, and quality checks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Support with efficiency and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Previous car wash or production experience is a plus, but not required

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time 

• Base Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule Requirements:

• Approximately 40 hours per week

• Morning, afternoon, and evening availability
