Role: Junior Sales Account Executive (FTC - 12 months)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Remote)

This model brings us closer to our clients, fostering long-term retention while enabling up-selling opportunities and securing sustainable growth for the future.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads through proactive telephone outreach and social media marketing
- Selling a range of creative and digital agency services, such as online and offline creative design, social media management, digital solutions, copywriting, videography, and marketing technology
- Building and maintaining long-term, profitable client relationships while delivering exceptional service to existing customers
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business development opportunities to grow and sustain a strong customer base
- Expanding market opportunities through diverse sales channels and strategies
- Collecting and analyzing sales data to uncover insights and optimize performance
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitor activities to inform and enhance sales efforts.
- Confidence with a strong ability to learn on the job
- Hunger, resilience, intelligence, and a drive to win
- Ambition paired with high energy and a proven track record of closing deals
- Adaptability to tailor sales approaches to meet diverse customer needs
- Skilled in prioritizing leads and optimizing revenue through effective pipeline management
- Commercially astute with excellent project and time management skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the determination to excel and succeed.
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch market, with bonus points for experience in marketing.
