- Creating engaging, accessible, web-based designs that communicate the clients’ brands and bring them to life for colleagues
- Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure brand coherence and consistency across all digital assets and channels
What you need to be great in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design setting, preferably with some experience of working in or with a large corporate business - so you understand the levels of stakeholder engagement and approvals that comes with working on one of the biggest brands in the UK

- Experience in creating and optimizing responsive designs for all formats, devices, platforms, screen sizes and environments including visual identities (desk-top first approach)
- An understanding of how motion, video and sound can be used to augment and enhance user experience, adoption and application
- Understanding of digital-first Design Systems and UX design
- Proficiency across the core Adobe Creative Suite apps and XD. You’ll need solid experience of creating, delivering and authoring using Figma. Experience of Blueprint, After Effects and Premiere would also be of value
- Creativity: Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’ll work with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders, both design experts and design novices and will help to visualise the ideas of others as well as your own – so you will need the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively
- The ability to work proactively, autonomously and collaboratively within a close-knit team – with enthusiasm and positive energy.
