Role: Social and Influencer Manager   

Location:  Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid and must be in Hamburg)

 

About the role: 

As part of our dynamic team, the Social Media & Influencer Manager will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives across Germany. You will help us reach, recruit, and activate audiences through social content that resonates with their culture, interests, and stories. Partnering with an embedded team of social creatives, you will be the key source for knowledge and inspiration in best practices and innovative strategies.You will oversee content performance during publishing and distribution, leveraging real-time data and A/B testing to optimize efforts against client objectives—including reach, engagement, and audience growth. As the Community Manager, you will build, engage, and proactively support our social community across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat, while also supporting major campaigns throughout the year.

What you will be doing: 

  • Collaborate closely with local clients to serve as the Brand Guardian and steward of their online presence.
  • Drive consumer dialogue and engagement through strategic social and community management for key product launches, events, and activations.
  • Build, engage, and nurture a social community across platforms, enhancing support for major campaigns.
  • Provide strategic, best-in-class advice to clients and agency teams.
  • Create inventive, attention-capturing posts in local language with a social-first approach, informed by the international creative team.
  • Attend and post from live events, delivering real-time social coverage.
  • Manage influencer engagement and maintain strong relationships, including reposting content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimize efforts.
  • Drive organic audience growth and engagement through compelling content strategies.
  • Oversee social media boosting to optimize conversion and success against campaign KPIs.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of creating engaging TikToks and video assets that capture attention across social channels, including mobile editing skills.
  • Must have a strong understanding of German social media culture and trends.

  • Excellent written communication skills, establishing a distinct brand voice.
  • Professional demeanor under pressure with the ability to maintain client confidence.
  • A keen interest in digital trends and popular culture.
  • Experience in the food industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and an in-depth understanding of paid media and influencer dynamics.
