Role: Senior Social & Community Manager 

Location: Madrid, Spain

 

About the role:

Working closely with an FMCG client, the successful candidate will be a specialist in social network management, communities and audience creation. Creative, organizational and content planning skills. Reporting to the Account Director, the Senior Social & Community Manager is part of a team of 14. They will work as part of a Social Media team and with the support of the entire creative design and content creation team. Work type is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

What you will be doing:

Social Management:

  • Management of 2 Social & Community Managers and their workload
  • Own in the definition of the social media strategy and annual social plan
  • Review strategies created by Social & Community Managers
  • Ownership and community management of the brand social channels
  • Own the execution of the annual social media plan.
  • Take care of the brand content management: Schedule, create content, energize and coordinate with the paid media team, earned media and digital area
  • Take part in the development of brand communication plans:
    • Hygienic Always-On Content:
      • Conceptualization of content calendars
      • Brief of creative pieces for calendars
      • Community Management
    • Branded Content:
      • Participation in the definition of the Hub Content
      • Participation in the production of the Hub Content (brief to creative agencies)
      • Participation in the paid promotion.
    • Content Hero Campaigns:
      • Proposal of ad-hoc plans for the campaigns
      • Calendaring of campaign creatives
      • Project management of the execution of the campaign in a digital environment.
      • Search, brief and manage production companies in charge of executing the content.
  • Event coverage: festivals, awards, activations, etc.
  • Content management with influencers and review of ad hoc scripts for influencer’s content
  • Define KPIs and objectives to measure the success of our campaigns according to the brief created by the brand.
  • Create ideas, concepts and actions aimed at social media.
  • Report and analyze performance and results of social actions.

 Other:

  • Identify innovation opportunities together with relevant platform and media partners.
  • Identify potential influencers to drive endorsement and reviews.
  • Working with Digital Designers to oversee production for video/stills.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 4+ years of Social and Strategy Management
  • Creative, organizational and content planning skills.
  • Experience working natively within platforms as well as using social management tools and social listening tools.
  • Active user of social channels such as IG, TW, TikTok.
  • Advance Excel and PPT skills.
  • Experience working with content production agencies.
  • Experience working with influencers.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend events.
  • Fluent in English
  • We are looking for a proactive person, eager to take on new projects, with the ability to challenge the status quo. Teamwork and collaborative projects experience is essential.
