About the role: 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Integrated Producer in the newly formed marketing team working with our retail client. Reporting to the Executive Producer, this highly motivated individual will have a proven track record in dealing with a range of clients, production streams, and talent. The role requires a deep understanding across print, digital, and moving image, and the ability to work across multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. This includes creating video content for television, social media, and online platforms. 

A professional attitude, creative flair, and an unwavering commitment to quality are highly desirable. We require someone who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table in a rapidly evolving multi-studio set-up. This position will also involve drafting scripts, shot lists, and timelines, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. 

This role would suit someone with a strong background in Content Optimisation and Global Adaptation. Client-side production experience and familiarity with Transcreation methodology and process will be looked upon favourably. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Support the shoot for: cameras, audio equipment, lighting equipment and related equipment to effectively record a variety of program materials;  
  • Recommend minor and/or major production changes to obtain the most appropriate and effective output by channel. This includes interacting with and guiding internal stakeholders, subjects/talent, executive chefs (food coordination) and others through the production process. 
  • Manage moving image and static image projects for online & offline from initial brief to final delivery. 
  • Liaise with client-side production personnel and partner agencies to ensure the delivery of assets, production masters, and project files. 
  • Develop detailed production schedules and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Ensure QC and tech process is followed. 
  • Provide production expertise and continually drive production best practice. 
  • Work closely with teams to push production boundaries, enhance our reputation, and contribute to the development of long-lasting client relationships. 
  • Attend weekly progress meetings and briefings where needed. Interrogate proposed budgets, assign responsibility, distribute feedback, and manage project progress. 
  • Cast, reserve, and oversee talent for filming. Then once reserved, coordinate crew/talent and manage schedules.  
  • Monitor production progress, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. 
  • Secure and manage release forms. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Be able to handle multiple projects at any given moment, often under tight deadlines. 
  • Have strong writing and organisational skills, along with the ability to produce content under heavy deadline pressure. 
  • Think creatively around how new and archive content can be repurposed to make it relevant and compelling to a new audience. 
  • Have a sound working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications across multiple production streams and disciplines. 
  • Stay abreast of industry/creative developments in content production and ensure this knowledge is shared with teams. 
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team. 
  • Respond proactively to tight timelines, remaining calm and personable even under pressure. 
  • Have technical competence and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, HTML5, HTML, and CSS. 
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in: 
    • Digital 
    • Print 
    • Motion Graphics 
    • UX-UI 
    • Artwork 
    • Production 
    • Automation
