Descriptif du poste : 

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) HR Business Partner pour rejoindre l’équipe RH EMEA, et accompagner OLIVER France dans son développement rapide. Ce poste polyvalent offre un équilibre entre le recrutement, l'accompagnement quotidien des salariés et la gestion rigoureuse des processus RH. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres Talent et People Partners EMEA. Une présence régulière au bureau parisien est indispensable pour favoriser la communication et la cohésion d'équipe.

Missions :

Talent Acquisition :

  • Gestion complète du processus de recrutement, depuis la définition des besoins avec le Directeur Général et le responsable des Opérations jusqu’à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs

  • Sourcing, tri et évaluation des candidatures (CV, entretiens Teams et physiques)

  • Headhunting ciblé sur LinkedIn pour les postes stratégiques

  • Suivi rigoureux des candidatures, des process de recrutement et communication proactive avec les candidats

  • Rédaction et gestion des promesses d'embauche

People Partnering :

  • Interlocuteur privilégié des équipes et managers, assurant une connaissance approfondie de la situation de chaque collaborateur

  • Gestion de l'ensemble des processus RH : contrats de travail, intégrations et départs, gestion des absences et congés, mutuelle, revues salariales, gestion de la performance, mobilité interne, etc.

  • Gestion des onboarding, parcours employés et offboarding

  • Garant de la conformité des process RH

  • Développement et renforcement de la marque employeur et du sentiment d'appartenance

  • Gestion des demandes de formation et mise en place via notre OPCO Atlas

Gestion administrative :

  • Collecte et transmission des éléments variables de paie à l'équipe dédiée

  • Gestion des données des collaborateurs et des arrêts maladie dans le SIRH interne

  • Rédaction des documents administratifs (contrat de travail, attestation, renouvellement de période d’essai…)

Déroulement des entretiens :

  • Un premier entretien RH avec Erell (People Partner)

  • Un entretien avec Guillaume (Managing Director France)

  • Un entretien avec Eleni (EMEA HR Director) et Chris (Head of Talent EMEA)
