Role:  Senior Account Manager

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Working from our Kingston offices 2-3 days a week)

About the role: 

Working in partnership with our client, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join us as part of our award-winning, Core Team. You’ll be working across some of the world’s best-loved brands across multiple categories from Home Care, Foods, Personal Care and Beauty and Wellbeing. This is a pivotal role in the team, working closely with the Senior Account Director and Senior Project Manager within the team.  This is a hybrid role, working alongside our clients in their office for a minimum of two/three days per week.  

What you will be doing: 

Client Servicing and Engagement: 

  • Managing our client's campaigns across a vast portfolio of brands in Foods, Personal Care, Beauty and Homecare 
  • Able to run client meetings confidently (alongside other team members) and take notes and actions
  • The first point of contact for client questions and request

Project Management: 

  • Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, across strategic, creative and production phases. 
  • Prioritising multiple tasks at any one time and managing high volumes of work under tight deadlines
  • Reviewing project data accuracy and daily reporting compliance
  • Monitoring and maintain documentation for projects including timing plans, cost estimates and burn reports
  • Mitigating potential delivery issues and proactively resolving problems at speed
  • Responsible for workflow and stakeholder management – liaising with internal teams and external suppliers where needed
  • Resourcing for projects 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Demonstrate account/project management experience of 3+ yrs.  
  • Have a proven track record of managing local and/or global clients and campaigns (ideally within the FMCG industry) 
  • Are confident in end-to-end project delivery, with the ability to run client review meetings alongside other team members  
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills, a natural at prioritising when it comes to juggling multiple tasks at any one time 
  • Are experienced in working and managing high volumes of work under tight deadlines 
  • Take accountability for project data accuracy and daily reporting compliance 
  • Monitor and maintain documentation for projects including timing plans, cost estimates and burn reports 
  • Can mitigate potential delivery issues and proactively resolving problems at speed 
  • Can run client meetings confidently and take notes and actions 
  • Are confident being the first point of contact for client questions and request 
  • Are responsible for workflow and stakeholder management – liaising with internal teams and external suppliers where needed  
  • Excited by the evolution of AI and what it means for the future of creativity and day-to-day efficiencies
