About the role:
Working with an FMCG client, the Junior Integrated Designer will be expected to use brand guidelines to generate digital, social content and PoS materials from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the brand guidelines. Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Integrated Designer works alongside the team of 15. It’s a very fast-paced studio so you must be used to working under pressure and to tight timelines whilst ensuring close attention to detail.
What you will be doing:
- Agency and client facing experience is essential
- Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
- Producing creative designs to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the Design Team
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client
- Ensure working files are ordered and neat, that folder structures are adhered to, and that work is saved to the server upon completion.
- Time management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client across different languages
- Evidence, in the form of a portfolio, of your ability to add value across the whole design process, from briefing through to delivery.
- Ambitious, pro-active and naturally curious with a desire to discuss and share ideas.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 1-3 years working across online banners (static and animated), point of sale and/or social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook)
- An innate creative flair and art direction across multi-platforms
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- An understanding of AI and latest technology trends
- English is a must
