Role: Senior Account Manager (w/m/d)

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen der Werbeagentur und dem Kunden und trägst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Markteinführung neuer Produkte bei Handelspartnern. 
  • Verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung der Launch-Strategie.
  • Zuständig für die Bereitstellung und Anpassung von Print- und digitalen Werbemitteln, die von EMEA bereitgestellt werden, um sie für den deutschen Markt zu adaptieren.
  • Projektmanagement: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung des gesamten Launch-Prozesses, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbetreuung.
  • Prozessmanagement: Übernahme der Eigenverantwortung für Prozesse, Timings und Stakeholder-Management, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte zu gewährleisten.
  • Briefing der Kreation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativteams, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Werbematerialien den Anforderungen und Standards entsprechen.
  • Kundenkommunikation: Regelmäßige Information an den Kunden und alle Stakeholder über den aktuellen Projektstatus, inklusive Präsentation von Fortschritten und Ergebnissen.
  • Führung und Entwicklung: Anleitung eines Junior Account Manager

Dein Profil:

  • Evtl. abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fließende Deutsch (C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld vorzugsweise im Umfeld von Retail / Mobilfunkanbietern.
  • Agenturerfahrung (Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation)
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und komplexer Kampagnen
  • Erfahrung in der Anpassung und Bereitstellung von Werbemitteln über alle Kommunikationskanäle für verschiedene Märkte.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Talent für effektives Prozessmanagement.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teammitgliedern.
  • Fähigkeit, Budgets zu verwalten und zu kontrollieren.
