Social Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram) - Dutch speaking
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid)
Employment: 12-month FTC with view to extend
About the role:
Are you super passionate about the Personal Care category and live and breathe social media while surfing the wave of culture daily? Do you have expert platform knowledge, knowing the transitions, edits, and sounds needed to make content reach its intended audience?
Join OLIVER's award-winning in-house agency as a Social Media Content Creator driving scroll-stopping, culturally relevant visual storytelling for iconic Personal Care brands.
Your camera will become the lens through which millions experience beauty in the everyday. Based in Rotterdam with hybrid working arrangements (minimum 2 days per week on-site), you'll craft thumb-stopping content for Personal Care brands that captivates across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Your exceptional understanding of content aesthetics will transform ordinary Personal Care moments into sensorial experiences, ensuring our brands don't just participate in trends but pioneer them.
What you will be doing:
- Conceptualise and craft platform-perfect content that connects Personal Care brands to cultural moments in real-time
- Pioneer visual techniques that bring the sensorial satisfaction of premium content into Personal Care storytelling
- Create versatile asset packages that flex across formats while maintaining consistent brand narratives
- Spearhead reactive content creation that positions our brands at the centre of trending conversations
- Collaborate with analytics and GenAI teams to amplify content performance and optimise production workflows
What you need to be great in this role:
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional social media content creation, with strong examples from both Personal Care and premium /FMCG brand content worlds
- Visual storytelling expertise that connects platform-specific techniques to measurable engagement outcomes
- Proven ability to identify and capitalise on cultural trends before they peak
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects) and mobile editing applications
- Experience creating content that performs exceptionally well across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Business level Dutch and fluent in English (spoken and written - you will work with an international team)
