Role:  Influencer Manager

Location:  Kingston, England, United Kingdom (hybrid, min. 2 days in the office per week)

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client, you'll be the strategic orchestrator behind influencer partnerships that elevate brand presence in the digital landscape. Working at the intersection of cultural relevance and brand strategy, you'll translate consumer insights into influential collaborations that resonate with diverse audiences. We're looking for someone who can identify the perfect match between brand values and creator authenticity, finding unexpected partnership opportunities that drive both engagement and business objectives. Success means building a network of brand advocates whose content feels not like advertising, but like cultural contribution.

What you will be doing:

  • 5+ of experience in managing influencer campaigns integrated with culturally relevant trends and always-on social marketing strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive influencer strategies that authentically embed brands within cultural conversations
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with creators that evolve from transactional to truly collaborative partnerships
  • Create tiered influencer ecosystems that balance reach, relevance, and resonance across diverse audience segments
  • Spearhead innovative campaign approaches that leverage emerging platforms and content formats
  • Collaborate with social strategists, performance analysts, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer content
  • Transform data insights into actionable creator briefs that balance brand objectives with authentic creator expression
  • Shape measurement frameworks that capture both quantitative performance and qualitative brand impact
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and creator economy developments to maintain competitive advantage
  • Deliver work that drives not just impressions but measurable shifts in brand perception and consideration
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A track record demonstrating successful influencer campaign execution, with strong results in community building and engagement
  • Strategic thinking that connects cultural insights to influencer selection and measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to build authentic relationships with creators and internal stakeholders alike
  • Expertise in analytics platforms and influencer technologies (e.g., Meltwater, CreatorIQ, social listening tools)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex campaign development and execution
  • A talent for translating brand guidelines into creative freedom that empowers rather than restricts creators
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with grace and solution-focused thinking
  • An eye for emerging talent and platform evolution before they hit mainstream awareness
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
