Role:  ERP P2P Lead 

Location:  London, England, United Kingdom (1-2 days a week from our London offices)

 

About the role: 

The ERP P2P Lead will be responsible for leading the Procure-to-Pay workstream of our NetSuite ERP implementation. This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise, robust project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to achieve successful project outcomes. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Lead the end-to-end P2P process design changes, implementation, and optimization as part of the NetSuite ERP rollout. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. 
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business and technical documentation for the P2P processes, procedures, and policies. 
  • Configure and customize the NetSuite ERP system to align with business needs and improve functionality. 
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation, as you will play a leading role in implementing complimentary software such as OCR, expenses, travel solutions etc 
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of the new system. 
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the P2P processes post-implementation.

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as a P2P Lead or similar role in a NetSuite ERP implementation project. 
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and best practices. PLus with good broader understanding of the associated O2C and R2R processes. 
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams. 
  • NetSuite certification or experience is highly preferred. 
  • Experience in change management and organizational transition is a plus.
