Sluit je aan bij OLIVER’s bekroonde in-house agency als Social Media Manager en geef leiding aan social-first strategieën voor toonaangevende Personal Care-merken!

Jij bent de sociale katalysator achter gesprekken die alledaagse verzorgingsproducten omzetten in gedenkwaardige merkbelevingen. Werkend op het snijvlak van merkstrategie en culturele relevantie vertaal je strategische briefs naar overtuigende social content die bij het publiek aanslaat. We zoeken iemand die merkpersoonlijkheid begrijpt en deze moeiteloos kan vertalen naar gesprekken op sociale media. Succes betekent het creëren van onderscheidende social moments die onze merken laten opvallen in drukke feeds.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Leiden en uitvoeren van social-first contentstrategieën voor toegewezen Personal Care-merken

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van “Always On” social aanpakken over betaalde en organische kanalen

  • Culturele momenten identificeren en benutten om merkrelevantie te vergroten

  • Samenwerken met insights-teams om trends te ontdekken en creatieve richting te bepalen

  • Beheren van social communities en merken positioneren in relevante gesprekken

  • Samenwerken met in-house Content Creators en GenAI-designers om content op schaal te ontwikkelen en optimaliseren

  • Toezicht houden op contentcreatie en optimalisatie op meerdere sociale platforms

  • Implementeren van messaging-hiërarchie voor social communities

  • Zorgen dat content aansluit bij de merkrichtlijnen en tegelijkertijd cultureel relevant blijft

  • Briefings van klanten ontvangen en beoordelen, en ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van briefs

  • Afstemmen met het Personal Care Centre of Excellence-team, inclusief het delen van highlights en resultaten voor jouw markt

  • Helpen bij het opstellen van Tone of Voice-richtlijnen voor FAQ’s en copy voor de sociale kanalen van het merk

  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van social channel-strategietrajecten

  • Plannen en maken van social contentkalenders

  • Presenteren van contentideeën en merk-socialstrategieën aan klanten

Wat je nodig hebt om in deze rol uit te blinken:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in socialmediamanagement voor consumentenmerken

  • Sterk begrip van het ontwikkelen van social-first content

  • Creatief talent en uitstekende schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden, inclusief sterke copywriting

  • Veel expertise in het maken van videocontent (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

  • Ervaring met / bekendheid met AI-gestuurde contentcreatie- en optimalisatietools

  • Diepgaande kennis van best practices voor sociale platforms en opkomende trends

  • Uitstekende projectmanagement- en stakeholdercommunicatievaardigheden

  • Begrip van social listening en trendidentificatie

  • Ervaring met het beheren van influencer marketingcampagnes

  • Vermogen om socialmediaprestaties te analyseren en hierop te optimaliseren

  • Kennis van planning en uitvoering van betaalde social media

  • Nederlandstalig op moedertaalniveau en vloeiend in Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)

  • Bij voorkeur ervaring en inzicht in FMCG-, beauty- en personal care-merkcategorieën
