Role:  Project Manager (Mid/Senior) - 6-month FTC with view to extend

Location:  Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid)

About the role: 

We are collaborating with a renowned global leader in the drinks and beverages industry to recruit a talented Project Manager. In this role, you'll drive creative projects from inception to completion, offering the strategic vision and oversight necessary to achieve remarkable outcomes. By cultivating strong bonds with internal stakeholders and external clients, you will serve as the primary communicator for project updates, potential risks, and challenges, including budget and resource management. 

You will collaborate with a talented cross-functional team of 15 members. Your role is to support the client and ensure a smooth and efficient project process by coordinating efforts across different teams. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, expectations, and project updates to clients and team members across different cultures and languages. 
  • Project lead and coordination on designated projects from beginning to end with clear communication on a regular basis on milestones, targets, goals and deadlines (briefing, concept & ideation phase, pre-prod, prod, and Post production to final delivery internally and with 3rd party across media.) 
  • Full delivery responsibility for projects incl. scope of work resource, budget/time planning and follow up. 
  • Capability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. 
  • Excellent planning and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. 
  • Manage and decide about project intakes and project prioritization with the Chief of Studio. 
  • Aptitude for identifying issues quickly and developing effective solutions. 
  • Develop innovative approaches to project challenges. Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI and relevant tech terms. 
  • In-depth understanding of the advertising industry, market trends, and best practices to effectively lead projects. 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience in managing creative projects (digital, print, video, social) and coordinating with creative teams (designers, copywriters, and art directors)
  • Articulates clear and concise project goals to both the team and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. 
  • Maintains meticulous attention to project details, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring nothing is overlooked. 
  • Builds and nurtures strong client relationships, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Focuses on achieving project outcomes and objectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Embraces and leverages the latest digital tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. 
  • Experience in running efficient and productive project meetings across various stages. 
  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management, including sprint planning and scrum leadership. 
  • Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks & beverages sectors preferred.
