Role:  Senior Account Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong project management skills and a focus on digital content and motion production. This role is primarily focused on managing the development and production of digital screens for in-store at a major high street chemist. You will oversee motion projects, manage billing with precision, and elevate our motion production capabilities. You are a strong leader with creative or agency experience, capable of steering client relationships and driving complex digital projects forward. You should be articulate, organised, and have meticulous attention to detail, establishing yourself as a safe pair of hands who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What you will be doing: 

  • Work closely with clients their closest partner, steering the development of their brand and marketing strategies across digital touchpoints.
  • Support the AD with handling issues of escalation/resolutions, pre-empting challenges and managing all resource requirements across creative, motion and production teams.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital screen content from brief to deployment, understanding technical specifications, formats and in-store schedules.
  • Interpret and consolidate client briefs for digital and motion content, setting and managing project timelines across internal and external teams.
  • Brief projects to motion designers, animators and digital specialists, ensuring all output meets client requirements and is on brand.
  • Manage workflows across projects, processes, systems, digital channels and partner agencies.
  • Ensure all content has been through QC and is approved before release to client.
  • Drive multiple complex digital and motion projects forward in a timely fashion.
  • Develop, maintain and grow client relationships, identifying new opportunities within digital and motion production.
  • Demonstrate a positive and high-energy approach with great people skills.

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Lead financial management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely, with particular attention to motion project costing.
  • Work with the AD on account profitability and improving billing processes.
  • Monitor KPIs including digital content performance and production efficiency metrics.
  • At least 3 years in an agency environment managing digital content projects. Motion production experience highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of motion design workflows, digital screen specifications, and retail/in-store content production.
  • Confident with billing management and financial oversight, accurately tracking and invoicing motion projects.
  • Outstanding team and senior client management with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, especially when juggling multiple motion projects at various stages.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills with confidence managing budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pro-active approach.
  • Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately with composure.
  • Passionate about digital content and staying current with motion design trends and retail technology.
  • Be a specialist supporter of the health, beauty and wellness sector.
