Role: Junior PR Executive

Location:   Dubai, UAE

About the role: 

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior PR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate eager to gain experience in PR, with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in influencer marketing and public relations. 

What you will be doing: 

Influencer Content Performance Management:

  • Monitor and evaluate influencer content performance.
  • Manage and track effectiveness of campaigns and produce performance reports.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct analysis of competitors' PR activations and content strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the go-live management of influencer content.
  • Manage content codes, linkages, and promo codes coordination with DCom.

Press Releases and Briefing Documents:

  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases.
  • Prepare briefing documents for internal and external communications.

Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate press kits, samples, and event logistics.
  • Manage logistics related to OS testing brain suite with CMI.

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 1-year relevant experience 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and report on media and influencer performance. 
  • Interest in influencer marketing and digital media trends. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with PR and content management tools is a plus.
