Role:  Account Executive (12 Month FTC)

Location:  London, England, United Kingdom (2-3 days from our London offices)

 

About the role: 

OLIVER agency is the world’s first and only company to exclusively design, build and run bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. Our skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite, near site or offsite in our hubs. In 2015, OLIVER partnered with a global sportswear brand building out a language localisation team, and since then we have launched 5 other teams spanning from global toolkit creation to centralised adaptation for the brand. In 2021, we launched our EU Retail Extension Team supporting campaign and marketing activations for new and existing stores across Europe. Our team sits in the UK, supporting our Brand Activation clients based in Germany.

What you will be doing: 

  • Activation events setup in system in line with attached manual and as per requests processed in the Smartsheet operated by adidas
  • Programming of content for activation videos on retail screens in line with attached manual and as per requests arriving from adidas stores via the Smartsheet system
  • Raising PO’s and following finance processes
  • You must be willing and eligible to travel within Europe. At a minimum, you will visit the adidas HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany once a quarter but you may also be required to travel to other European cities for specific projects.

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience or affinity with Digital marketing, CRM, social media
  • Experience, affinity, or interest in omni-channel marketing, shopping
  • Articulate, engaged and confident in communicating with senior clients
  • Highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, in a non-siloed approach
  • The ability to manage own workload
  • A passion for delivering effective campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong campaign management
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Desire to learn about campaign management.
  • Strong administrative capability
  • Approachable and a team player
