Location: Manila, Philippines
About the role:
As Designer (Digital) your primary responsibility will be to create digital assets for Beauty/Lifestyle brands across various platforms. You will be someone who is passionate about design and technology, and comfortable working in a collaborative work environment. Any experience on Beauty/Lifestyle/FMCG brands will be an added advantage. Being a digital native is a must and execution across social media, digital innovations, e-commerce will be expected off you daily.
What you will be doing:
Craftsperson: You have a keen eye for good design and details. And are always aware of the latest trends in design, and digital advertising.
Digital First: You are native to digital, passionate about technology, appreciate innovative solutions, and aspire to create memorable work. You must have a thorough understanding on eComm advertising and trends.
Conceptual Approach: You are as much an ideas person as you are design driven. Brainstorming on briefs with writers, motion graphics artists, and other teams is something that excites you.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 3+ years experience from digital agencies.
- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.
- Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of design collateral.
- Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
- Excellent Adobe CS skills.
- Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
- On- and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
