Role:  Integrated Designer

Location:  Dublin, Ireland

 

About the role: 

We are looking for a talented and versatile Integrated Designer to join our in-house studio at a global leader in the drinks industry, working across an outstanding collection of brands. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to work with some of the biggest brands in the world, bringing their brand worlds to life across a range of formats. You will work on a variety of different projects from concept to delivery, as well as adapting existing assets across video, digital and social advertising, brand development, key visual mock-ups and more. A strong understanding of conceptualisation, graphic design, video, animation, illustration and typography is as essential as is the experience of executing projects of all sizes and completing them with resourcefulness and dedication. 

 You’ll ideally be from a digital or production agency background with around 4 years of experience. The role is fast-paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and brands within the client’s organisation. A knowledge of Figma as well as the Adobe suites is a must. This team will serve as our client’s bespoke agency, working at the heart of their business.
Our team will work across the following, but not limited to: 

  • Digital Marketing 
  • Social Content   
  • Adaptations  
  • Commercialising Media 
  • Product and campaign assets 
  • Re-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to creative engaging fresh content 
  • CRM & Website design 
  • OOH 

What you will be doing: 

  • Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation and implementation 
  • Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for print, web, digital, e-commerce, social content and advertising 
  • Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects 
  • Implement existing brand guidelines on projects 
  • Develop user-centred and engaging responsive web and email layouts 
  • Develop and deliver video content/edits  
  • The ability to work under direction and use your own initiative 
  • Presenting your work internally and to clients and managing workloads within agreed timings 
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends  
  • Understand what makes GREAT content e.g. best practices for making ecommerce, social assets and mobile first.  

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience working with beverage / spirits brands or retail/ FMCG brands 
  • Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus 
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution 
  • A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design 
  • You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and ideas-generation 
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and associated prototyping  
  • A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships 
  • A good working knowledge of Video Editing/ Animation/ HTML5
